- Your account is personal and may not be shared or transferred.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use MAI for any illegal activity.

- Abuse the service with excessive or automated requests.
- Generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
5. AI-Generated Content
MAI uses AI to generate responses. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it. Do not rely on MAI for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

7. Service Availability
MAI runs on private infrastructure. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or accuracy of responses.
8. Limitation of Liability
MAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The owner is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

The owner may terminate your access at any time. You may stop using the service at any time. You may request data deletion by contacting the owner.
